Hello wonderful artists!

I used to be a regular poster here (several years ago) and then life
got in the way, and then I stopped painting all together (boo! :( ) --
since that time, I've finished law school, moved to Manhattan, passed
the bar, and gotten married. The economic climate being what it is, I
haven't yet been able to find a job that I want (working with
survivors of DV), and instead I'm doing what I consider to by icky
legal temporary work. And now I'd like to get back into my face and
body art - it kept me going through the horror that was law school,
and I'm hoping it can do the same for me now.

That being said, I have a few questions. I started out on Snaz and
painted with it for years - and then I discovered the fabulousness
that is Paradise. However, I've had the remnants of Snaz paints for 5
or more years at this point (when I was still painting, I loved their
metallic and sparkley lines), and the Paradise paints are at least
three years old. I'm assuming that I'll need to throw it all out and
start fresh, but I thought I'd check here on the off-chance that
someone with more experience could tell me that I could still use
them.  ::fingers crossed::

Also, I started out with Snaz brushes, and I kept them because I
really liked them. I have about 40 of them (I'm on of those "different
brush for different colors" painters...and kind of a product junkie
when it comes to paints ::sheepish grin::), but has anything new come
out that would knock my socks off enough to make me switch? Same goes
for sponges - I'm a one sponge per patron painter, so I have A TON of
sponges. They were all snazaroo sponges that I cut in half. Anything
uber fabulous that I should consider instead?

Thanks in advance for your advice, and happy painting!
