First of all, I would like to apologize to all of you who have had trouble with our website, particularly over the past month. We really appreciate that most of you have stuck it out with us and have supported us even though we've made it hard on you to do so.
Due to problem after problem with the current website, we have had no choice but to build an entirely new website. I have been working as quickly as I can to get the new website built, and hope to have it launched and functional as of the 1st of August. I promise that this new website will be much easier to use and navigate. I've done my best to simplify areas where I've had customers complain that it was too complicated. We're going back to our Paypal shopping cart, which has much fewer problems than any other shopping cart. You don't need a Paypal account to use the Paypal shopping cart, just a credit card. We will continue to accept credit card payments over the phone for those of you who prefer not to use Paypal. During this changeover process from the old website to the new website, it appears that there will be several days of downtime. I had hoped to avoid any downtime, but there doesn't seem to be a way around it while the domain is being released from our current host and forwarded to our new host. And once the domain is parked, it may take 30 minutes up to 48 hours for the website to go live. I wish I had a more narrow window of time for you, but that's the best I could get. So we're going to start the process on Wednesday. If you need to place an order, it might be simpler to place it before Wednesday so you can still see the product options and prices. If you need to place an order during the few days of downtime, you can email Jennifer at [email protected]. I apologize for this lag in service and I hope that you all will come check out the new website. Like I said, we hope that it will go live as of the 1st of August.
