Hey people! I've been hired to do an event themed on the upcoming Johhny Depp Mad Hatter movie. They want me to paint the actor they've hired to do the Mad Hatter, and I'm wondering what to use for his white face - I did an actor for a party as Cat in the Hat with my usual paints but had major problems with sweating, even with Ben Nye setting spray. Should I go with a grease paint of some kind? I've never done any clowning and have no idea how greasepaints work! Maybe the Ben Nye Magic cakes? They are supposed to be sweat resistant with Liquiset, but I've never tried them. This event is for a planner who regularly books me for really nice gigs, so I need to impress! What do ya'll recommend?
