I then placed a second order and there's no end to the frustration I'm going through. They don't respond to emails. They rarely if ever answer their phone and I'm left wondering IF my order has been shipped and if so when and then if or when it will arrive. My 2 questions were: when was my order shipped and pls provide a tracking number. Pretty simple I would think. Has anyone else experienced this difficulty with airbrush bodyart?
