How do I word a letter to this client that she forfieted her deposit. and that i can reschedule a date but not refund her money She booked last minute and paid the deposit, I emailed her several times about the date, (see below), it was on the contract, I call on the date after driving almost an hour away because i can't find the address i have while on the street looking for the address and she said the party was yesterday. I said well on the paperwork it all says Sunday she said sorry and I said ok I guess I'll go home. Now she is emailing me asking for it back. What would you do?
