MSEgui has teventthread (lib/common/kernel/msethread.pas), there is also a
timer implementation (lib/common/kernel/msetimer.pas).

What is the purpose of msetimer ?
Do you think this can show a way to do a GUI-less, portable, Delphi work
alike implementation of TTimer ?
