Hello, FPC developers' list2 (or more) weeks ago I had a plan to publish lazarus 0.9.24 release notes. But I have not done that since in any case this list will be very subjective in first edit.
So I am sending it here. Please review and decide whether to do this or no. If no then this list can be used later in whats new.
