Looking at the next topic
http://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,8436.0.html I see
that fcl-res is missing .tlb resource handling. I think it is pretty
easy to add it - just register a handler for .tlb and add all the
resources to the TYPELIB section.
Is this known and tlb was not implemented because of some reason or it
was just ocasionally omited?
