Not sure about the "by far", but the rest is possible true.
However, it also has the purpose of getting the discussion going, and
seeing what everyone thinks.
Best is to have a complet list of possibilities, with explanations what
each feature can provide (and therefore what will not be without the
feature).
From that list a choice can be made.
Once that choice is made, and some one volunteers to implement, the
implementer can again discard part of the choice, and make it's own
decisions .....
to me one of the really important questions is: Should qualified unit
references in the source (outside the "uses") be allowed?
My answer is "no" => but that's only 2 cent (my 2 cent)
