Please see the patch at: http://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=17276 Not sure if it's the most efficient, but fixes the problem. I tested with RTL, FCL and fpGUI - looking at all known problem areas in the documentation. All links are now resolved - if there is documentation for them. Tested LaTeX, RTF and IPF output writers.
