Then adjusted my build script to run that program, build fpc, then do
a "git restore".

This, of course is an insane and stupid solution.

It would be very much appreciated if anybody can explain why this
(building trunk) worked before, but does not anymore.
Also can anybody explain why all the other {$linklib xxx} lines do NOT
cause compilation and linking to fail??
