I got thinking, are the "stored" and "default" (default for streaming)
strictly bound to properties?
Or would it be more sensible (in case they are needed at all) to make
them a separate feature, which could include other vars/types?
Do any other vars have typeinfo or attributes that could in a similar
manner be of interest during debugging?
