Hi,
I used interbase long, long time ago (5.6 I think) as soon as Firebird
appeared I switched to it. The only difference I found then was the
price. To be fair, we didn't look too much, we didn't compare anything.
I have googled "Firebird vs Interbase" and I have only found that one is
open source and the other proprietary, and little more.
Has anybody worked with the latest versions of Firebird and Interbase?
What are the differences? features, performance, stability.
What is the current status? Besides the price, is Interbase better than
Firebird now?
