Those messages also have a plain text alternative. You may want to configure your mail client so that it shows that one by default (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Plain_text_e-mail_(Thunderbird)#Displaying_messages ). As long as the message is not sent only in HTML, it's fine by me. Please send administrative questions off-list in the future.
