Test with the LCL docs. Generating a rtl or fcl chm is measured in tens of
seconds, LCL a full 8 minutes.

If I take the mem/file backend for fpindex, it takes something like this as
well. But since it needs to go up on idefix, a DB backend is preferable, and
then it takes longer.
