platforms and not in all package formats.» I don't know, but I
thought the stable 3.2.2 was available for "all" platforms.
Perhaps he meant a different version?
3.2.2 was the first with a tiered release sequence, where the release
was announced when the main targets were uploaded. So at the point of
release, minor targets were still to follow.
