Debian bug#282026, notes that fpdns 0.9.1 is not able to correctly
identify later versions of NlNet's NSD.

It seems that the server mentioned in the bug report (ns.enyo.de) is now
running Bind; but it also seems that fpdns 0.9.3 is not able to.
