Hello everyone,
I have been dealing with some very personal issues for the last few weeks that are going to affect my online activities for at least the next six weeks or so, and I wanted to let you all know what is going on. I thought that I would have been able to have everything worked out by now, unfortunately that has not been the case. As some of you may know, I am the co-owner of the Kinky_Boots and the Female_Leather_Fashions_Portraits Yahoo! groups. Effective next Monday, I will no longer be moderating messages at those two groups. I have already informed Dr. Beaker, and I don't know if he will resume moderating messages, find someone else to do it, or close the groups. I am sure that as soon as he has reached a decision, he will let everyone else know what is going to happen. Next, I am going to be cutting back on my postings. I already told Dr. Beaker that I would probably continue to make daily boot posts, but I think that I will be cutting back to once or twice a week...anything more than that will be a bonus. Likewise, I will be cutting back the postings that I make to the various leather groups to once a week. This is not something that I want to do...I *have* to do it. Aside from everything else that is going on in my life, I just don't enjoy doing it like I used to. I have been forcing myself to make my posts for the last two weeks and I just can't anymore. I need a break. At the end of December I will see how I feel about everything and at that time I will make a decision as to whether I will resume what I am doing now, continue in the diminished role that I will assume next week, or stop everything altogether. It was fun, at least it was until the week before last, and I have "met" some wonderful people in these groups. I just hope that you all understand that I need to step back for a while.
