Hello, I have recently released USBPcap[1]. It is open source USB sniffer for Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8. The original idea behind the project was to allow Wireshark to capture raw USB traffic on Windows hence you need to install both USBPcap and Wireshark to actually do any real analysis.
