Hi Bastien, I've installed a new Ubuntu 18.04 machine, downloaded the latest V_0_8_2 libfprint from the git, compiled and installed it.
Even with the latest version, I'm still getting .pgm encrypted image files. Any idea ? Best Regards Kleyson Rios. ________________________________________ De: Bastien Nocera <had...@hadess.net> Enviado: sexta-feira, 10 de agosto de 2018 10:46 Para: Kleyson de Sousa Rios; fprint@lists.freedesktop.org Assunto: Re: [fprint] UareU 4000B DigitalPersona image encrypted On Fri, 2018-08-10 at 13:27 +0000, Kleyson de Sousa Rios wrote: > I'm trying to use libfprint with UareU 4000B > DigitalPersona fingerprint readers running in a Ubuntu 16.04 > <snip> > libfprint-dev/xenial,now 1:0.6.0-2 amd64 [installed] > libfprint0/xenial,now 1:0.6.0-2 amd64 [installed] Before anything else, you'll want to update libfprint, this version of the library is 3 years old. A bug regarding URU4000 encryption support was fixed in 0.8.0. Please ask your distribution about package updates.
