Greetings,

I found the answer: it was just an enrollment problem. My fault. Sorry.

*_CONCLUSION:_* fprint is now fully working on HP ZBook 17 G8 (with integrated sensor ID 06cb:00f0 Synaptics, Inc.) running SuSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 15 SP4 (with latest fixes applied as of today) with KDE Plasma X1 GUI.

Thanks a lot for this great package !!!

Greetings,

On SLED 15 SP5 running on HP ZBook 17 G8 Fury with integrated fingerprint sensor, fprint now works fine to unlock (KDE Plasma X11) desktop. Great feature ! Thanks a lot !!

Problem is that fprintd-verify from a command prompt always return a "no match" when I am sure to provide the correct fingerprint:

#fprintd-verify
Using device /net/reactivated/Fprint/Device/0
Listing enrolled fingers:
- #0: right-index-finger
Verify started!
Verifying: right-index-finger
Verify result: verify-no-match (done)

Is there any special trick to know ?

Thanks a lot for your time and help.
