It's GDM/KDM/Any other login manager issue, not pam_fprint.

User should be notified that he(she) should swipe finger, or place it at 
sensor, etc. And pam_fprint does it. gdm/kdm displays this notify as message 
box, but neither kdm nor gdm hide this box when swipe/placement was done.
