Sure. Centralized administration of user accounts Implementation of *roaming profiles (samba home directories, ldap/mysql user account data etc.) Those would probably be the most common uses, and the benefits this would add for any administrator wishing to implement cost effective biometric authentication is unmatched. I spoke with Daniel about this in the past and was waiting for a go ahead to add this functionality. Keep in mind this would not be enabled by default only as an optional feature for those requiring centralized administration of user accounts with biometric authentication.
