Your mailer sucks for not sending the patches with a text/ mimetype ;)
Patches look fine. If you had wanted to roll them up into one (as I did
in my repo), you could have done:
git rebase --interactive HEAD^^
and used the "squash" feature.
Or you could have committed the 2nd one with "git commit -a --amend" and
only ever had one commit.
