Hi,

the only thing you could try is to ask dell for the driver, because there is 
none and reverse engineered one is not probable (authentec says that this 
device has fully encrypted USB traffic)

otherwise you could produce USB snoops and try to understand them (and send 
them to me, I have the same reader but no windows so no USB snoops) but that 
does not guarantee success
