Hello, I filled the following bug on the the gnome bug tracker : http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=565976
The issue has already been discussed on this list. I must admit I'm reaching my limits, I don't understand fully the pam_fprint nor the gdm code, and so can't tell which is the culprit if there is one.. Maybe someone out there could sort this out ?
