I just spoke with Pat Brossi. She got a call from John Bertorelli who is
coming to visit her Wed at 2. Anyone interested is invited to attend.

Subject: Meeting with Brossi/Bertorelli Wed 2PM.

Pat Brossi (9 Wayside Inn Road) was contacted by John Bertorelli. He will
meet with her at her house at 2PM on Wednesday. You are all invited. I can
not make it. She has a land attorney who will be there. If you want to
speak with her, her number is 877-6575.

I just spoke with Rollin. The hard numbers are:

78 tree trunks on the easement plus lots of brush on SVT land.
Trail blocked by fallen trees in three places.
The entire easement area is within the 125' wetlands buffer zone.
About 950' is within the 30' no-touch zone.
335 feet is in actual wetland.
4 to 5 wetland areas in the easement.

Subject: Wayside Circle?

Steve, just to clarify: is Wayside Circle the Katsipoulous project? It
doesn't mean the looped water pipeline, I trust.

By the way, I did a count of 117 tree stumps from trees illegally cut in the
water easement. I also found that the entire route was in the 125' wetland
buffer, that a lot was in the 30' no touch zone, and a significant amound was
in actual wetlands.

Also, the trail on SVT lands was blocked by felled trees in three locations
and there were about 60 tree trunks and a lot of brush dumped on SVT land.

Yes, the town seems not to set an example but to operate on a far lower
standard than the citizanes must meet!

Cheers,
Rollin
