1) MARCH 13 - STATE HOUSE RALLY FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL BOND!

The Environmental Bond has cleared a major hurdle.  It has been released
by the House Committee on Long-Term Debt and is now before the House Ways
and Means Committee.  In order to move the Bond through this Committee and
onto the floor for a vote, we must demonstrate to the legislature this
bill�s importance to the people of the Commonwealth.  To this end, we need
to get as many people as possible from all over the state to attend the:

RALLY FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL BOND
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13
9:30 AM - 1:00 PM
MASSACHUSETTS STATE HOUSE
BEACON HILL, BOSTON

Here is the schedule for the day
1.  Rally participants arrive at the State House by 9:30 am.
2.  Kick-off Speeches at Grand Staircase (9:45 am- 10 am) or else at
Nurses'
Hall.  We are inviting Secretary Durand, Acting Governor Swift, Speaker
Thomas Finneran, Senate President Thomas Birmingham, chairmen of the
important committees and several guest speakers.
3.  Assemble in Nurses Hall for Lobbying Training and refreshments
(10-10:30
am), presentations on lobbying legislators, etc.
4.  Lobbying visits to your legislators (10:30 am- 12:30 pm)
5.  De-brief and Rally closing back at Nurses Hall (12:30 pm- 1 pm)

PLEASE PLAN TO BE THERE AND BRING AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN!
