3 town meeting members - peggy groppo, steve orr and kathy vassar attended for pct 1

WAYSIDE TRAILS
- the blasting was approved by a vote of 3-0-1  (in favor bob venne, andy toorock and tom komola; none opposed;and one abstained, bill merriam.   rationale: there had been no complaints/problems with the blasting for the roadway at the site. no wells seemed to have been impacted by that blasting.  there was no project engineer present to answer questions raised.

BRIMSTONE
-  questions were raised by celia o'brien about alternate ACCESS (road from the nw sector of property?).   several members questioned whether this should even be considered as a LIMITED PROJECT as it was stated the planning board has never officially rejected a plan that does not include the crossing. also included a discussion about whether or not the wetlands should be REPLICATED as it would mean cutting down 5,000 square feet of trees. (under a limited project there is some discretion to allow for not replicating the wetlands, but otherwise it would be mandated on a 1:1 basis)  the proposed SEWER PUMPING STATION will not be in the area of wetlands and there is room elsewhere on the site for an underground WATER TANK for fire protection.
