Steve - Many of us don't have the ability to attend meetings since we may be on vacation, have children to take care, have to work late, etc...However, we would like to voice our opinions to keep as much open space in Framingham as possible. Do you have a suggestion on how we can voice our support of keeping this land as open space without attending the meeting? An e-mail letter to someone? An e-mail petition? Would such a letter/pettion hold any weight or do you have to be present at meeting to have a voice?

She says that it's the 2nd agenda item with 5 licensing hearing coming first. People should be there by 7:30. Besides all of the obvious reasons for supporting Leslee and this project, it also provides us with an opportunity to support a southside project. When people receive support from diverse parts of town it is very meaningful. -- -Time flies like the wind. Fruit flies like a banana. Stranger things have - -happened but none stranger than this. Dionne <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Arthur Street - Morency Street land Hi all, On Thursday, July 11, Ablondi Room, selectmen will discuss the Arthur Street - Morency Street property. Meeting starts at 7:00 P.M. I don't know where this is on the agenda. I urge all to come and support the people living in the most densely populated part of town to preserve approximately +23-acres of land (major parcel = 14-acres, smaller 2-acre parcel, both in Natick but owned by Framingham, plus + 7-acres in Framingham) for conservation purposes. This land is in Natick, but has been owned by Framingham for over 100-years. It is the only naturally forested area around that section of town and it needs your help to convince the selectmen to preserve rather than compromise it for profit. The Framingham Conservation Commission voted twice requesting the BoS to turn it over to ConCom. Now is the chance to exert some citizen pressure. Please, it is time that the BoS understand that Conservation land is more than wetlands and that all parts of town deserve their own oasis of serenity, trees, trails, and just plain peacefulness away from the congestion and noise of the surrounding of town(s). Please forward this message to anyone on your email list. This land needs a good turn out (and any phone calls you would like to make to the BoS members ahead of time).
