Having attended most of the concom and planning board hearings for Brimstone, I agree with Bill's assessment of the situation. I think all of us would have loved to see this entire parcel preserved as conservation land but i don't believe that was going to happen. I thank the concom and their administrator for their hard work in making this difficult decision work. And thanks to the planning board, as well, for following the concom's recommendations.
