Dear folks: Attached is a letter sent twice to Mrs. Esther Hopkins regarding essential financial planning tools approved by Town Meeting and the blue ribbon financial panel which met in 1998. There has been no reply to date during a time of a critical financial crisis. A similar letter was sent to the school committee. I will keep you informed.
