The admittedly little-used group Nobscot is ready and waiting on yahoo --http://groups.yahoo.com/group/nobscot/ I established it as a forum for perhaps chattier or less weighty issues, or maybe an op-ed space. Other ideas include offering or requesting garden cuttings; locating partners with whom to play sports or purchase garden equipment, setting up car pools; finding buyers or sellers of used goods, setting up multi-household yard sales, youths offering yard work service (please, no ads from incorporated entities) , and so on.
