Hi all, I've been following this series of incidents for well over a year. This developer has systematically taken any opportunity to enhance the value of his property and cut corners in his work. He has adopted a, "do it now and apologize later" attitude that has resulted in 1 wall that is significantly larger than originally planned, 1 wall that isn't even on the plans, trees cut on other people's property, and horrible landscaping that is causing the problems described in earlier messages.
This same developer has applied the same tactics on another project with predictably similar results. Since there aren't neighbors directly downhill from this other project, the property damage hasn't been as bad, but it's still there. In that project, he has been cited by the Concom for cutting down trees he was told not to touch, and then trying to bury them and claim innocence. This is a very bad developer. He is an unrepentant law breaker concerned only with making the maximum profit at the expense of the neighbors and community. It's hard to believe anyone would be willing to pay him for his work.
