Dear John, Can you tell me how many houses will be involved and what will be the approximate charge per family. Is it (55 old Doeskin, plus 9 Doeskin 2, plus 18 Brimstone for a total 82 ). If Doeskin 2 gets delayed because of the advocated 81 W or Brimstone how will that factor in. Will the assessment be made based on the whole group, or based on approved lots now with additional lots factored in later? Also if paid out on a monthly basis what will the payment be. Obviously the more houses involved the lower our individual costs will be.
