candidates not just his/her bosses is a judgment call by the manager and for that
matter, for other town officials appointed or elected ... ex. the town clerk
whose impartiality is paramount due to her role.
The League of Women Voters restricts certain officers from active
participation in campaigns although money contributions either directly or though a
family member are not prohibited.
Again a judgment call for the voters or bosses so-called.....
