OK, let's try another question for the day. . . In a manual that I am writing, I have the terms "in vitro," "in vivo," and "in situ" italicized as they always should be in section titles, body text, figure captions, etc. So, I need to make some x-refs to some of these section titles, for example, here is one of the section titles, which is a paragraph tag of Head2:
in vitro measurements in recombinant P450 enzymes (rCYP) When I select this paragraph as the tag that I want for my x-ref and then insert the x-ref, the x-ref is not holding the italics for the in vitro portion. The in vitro portion is just plain old straight up and down . . . what do I have to do to the x-ref format to ensure that only the in vitro portion is italicized and nothing else, if that's even possible.
