Ugh, I had a longtime client that switched from Framemaker to Flare because they initially thought that they wanted only OLH, but when their clients complained that they just wanted their gold standard PDF manuals back, sigh. . . .it was too late. We spent an extra 20% on screwing around getting PDFs in Flare just right as a result . . . Flare is superb for OLH, but for classic PDFs, nothing beats Framemaker.
