My Acrobat Pro 2022 has a few Two-Up page layout options. At least one of them
might accomplish what you want: File > Properties > Initial View > Page
Layout includes three different Two-Up options:
- Two-Up Continuous (Facing)
- Two-Up (Cover Page)
- Two-Up Continuous (Cover Page)

Everybody is always so smart here, so I thought to ask.
I have a 240 page pdf of Steam Combination Oven Cookbook for a Miele
oven. The document orginally was made by Miele, but someone unknown
inserted a reduced front+back cover as page 2 (which I have now
removed
to the back of the book).
Now the document prints correctly.
So the new problem is that a correct display in Acrobat in a Two
Page
View would be Single First Page, then a display of 2 + 3, 4 + 5,
etc.
How do I achieve this? (Using Adobe Acobat XI Pro)
