Hello Wim,
This problem seems to occur in European versions of FrameMaker 7.2 only.
Indeed, the structapps.fm file in C:\Program
Files\Adobe\FrameMaker7.2\Structure is empty. But if you do a Search in
the subfolders, you will find 4 more structapps.fm files. You can use
one of those, and, if you wish, copy it to the C:\Program
Files\Adobe\FrameMaker7.2\Structure folder. These structapps.fm also
contain the DITA application.
