You may also use http://www.microtype.com/fm_bugs.html -- searching for
"markers", "crash", or the specific FrameMaker error code
(5132552,5131686,5131456 in this case; copy/paste the last three groups of
digits reported by FrameMaker; the first group indicates the specific
release and therefore varies).
