Group Wellesley, Inc. is partnering with the Philadelphia Metro Chapter
of the Society for Technical Communication to provide two hands-on
workshops:
- Introduction to FrameMaker -- Friday, February 10
This workshop is targeted to new FrameMaker users or those seeking a
refresher in basic unstructured FrameMaker. This is a hands-on training
day, offered at a fraction of the cost of regular FrameMaker training.
- Information Architecture -- Saturday, February 11
This workshop provides an introduction to XML workflows for
single-source technical publishing. Together, we will design an XML
document type definition (DTD) based on our content and business
requirements. We will use structured FrameMaker to author information
based on our DTD. Finally, we will use the XML transformation language
(XSLT) to transform our content for publishing.
