Select the rows you want to add in Word, Copy (ctrl-C). 2. In Frame, Paste Special as text right *after* the table want to add them to. You'll get one para per row, with a tab in between cells, which will look awful in Frame. But... 3. Select the material you just pasted, and Table | Convert from text. In the dialog, indicate a tab is the column delimiter, and specify the table format used for the one you want to add it to. You now have a set of table rows. 4. Cut the table rows, click in the first cell of the row before or after where you want them, and Paste. All done. You might try this out with a few rows first, but then you should be able to do the whole thing in one swell foop. ;-) HTH! -- Jeremy H.
