Hi Emily,
In your book, choose Add > List Of > References and select Imported
Graphics. You can also do an index of Imported Graphics. If you are in a
document, these choices are in the Special menu.

My apologies if this topic has been covered. (I'm sure it has, but I
can't find it. ;-)
Can you recommend a tool for printing a report of all imported graphics
in a book/file, which includes the source locations for those imported
by reference?
