It's unfortunate that scripting is out because this is the type of "one-off"
project that is ideal for a script. It is unlikely that you will find a
plugin that will work for a specific task like this.

Hi Framers
We have a need to break a single element in one EDD into a 1:N element
structure for another EDD: that is, add an extra level of granularity.
Does anyone know of a short-cut method/cheap plug-in that can help with
this gruntwork task? Scripting is out here for cost/time/knowledge
reasons.
