TW-881 Technical Writer - Contract - Camarillo, CA (Revised)
Length: 3 months, may be extended to 1+ years
Rate: BOE
Note: This job replaces TW-855 -- the job requirements have
significantly changed.
A client in Camarillo need two contract technical writers -- one
software GUI oriented, one electromechanical hardware oriented.
This is an on-site contract in Camarillo. Some telecommuting OK once
you get up to speed, or you can do a 4/10 work week. The client is
very flexible!
Requirements:
o. 2+ year SOLID experience with FrameMaker 7.x (Absolutely Required)
o. Experience documenting end-user software GUIs or electromechanical
equipment (Required)
o. Experience documenting both software AND hardware is a plus
o. Prior experience with robotics, nano- or thin film technology a major plus
