Hi Scott, You need to edit the ruling styles from the "Custom Ruling and Shading" menu (Table>Custom Ruling and Shading). Choose the rule you wish to modify and click the "Edit Ruling Style" button. You can edit all the line parameters, including color, from there. You can even create new rule styles.
