Hi Mark

FrameMaker cannot display the eps graphic. It only displays an included 
preview. You have to enhance this preview, e.g. increase the dpi setting, 
to get a better display (and a bigger filesize). Look at the settings in 
Illustrator when saving the graphic as eps.
Earlier releases of FrameMaker could display the eps graphs directly, when 
DisplayPostScript was available ...
