Its frequently referred to as "Ipsum Lorem" (pardon spelling).

File > New > Document > Explore Standard Templates, select "Report" and click Show Sample.

A better way, however, may be to use one of the dummy text generators listed at: http://www.microtype.com/FrameMakerTemplates.html
