Hi Martin, I'm glad to hear that. I'll continue with these settings and see how it works out... Thanks again!

I double-checked here on my files again and when checking the black text elements in the Preflight tool Enfocus Pitstop, it is reported as (as you say) "Gray" with 0% "Brightness". Although when using the Output Preview advanced function in Acrobat 7 Pro itself, the same elements are reported as "Process Black 100%" (when holding the mouse pointer over those elements). I don't do any color conversion in the Distiller settings. I don't know why it is reported with different names in the two tools (maybe someone else can explain this?), but I am almost sure it wont create any problems in the printing process anyway. /Martin _______________________________________________ You are currently subscribed to Framers as [EMAIL PROTECTED] Send list messages to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or visit http://lists.frameusers.com/mailman/options/framers/archive%40mail-archive.com Send administrative questions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Visit http://www.frameusers.com/ for more resources and info.
